Cross Country Meet - Nose Hill

Our first race is Wednesday, Sept 14th at Nose Hill Park. The race times are as follows:

4:40pm - Grade 6 girls

4:50pm - Grade 6 boys

5:00pm - Grade 7 girls

5:10pm - Grade 7 boys

5:20pm - Grade 8 girls

5:30pm - Grade 8 boys

5:40pm - Grade 9 girls

5:50pm - Grade 9 boys

Parents should get students to Nose Hill Park by 4:15pm - this will enable time to warm up and walk the course if they wish. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. I advise to park in North Haven community and walk through the tunnel under 14th Street into Nose Hill Park as the main parking lot gets very crowded. Once in Nose Hill Park follow the crowd and flags up the hill to the start line. See the picture below for a good parking area.

 Hi all, I hope everybody had a restful break! Badminton season is upon us and the try-outs for every grade will be running this week. Please see the table below for the schedule: Monday Jan 9 Tuesday Jan 10 Wednesday Jan 11 Thursday Jan 12 Friday Jan 13 AM Grade 8 Grade 7 Grade 6 Grade 9 PM Grade 8 Grade 7 Grade 6 Grade 9 Coaches will let students know the start at end times for the try-outs.
